![]() I was born on June 7, 1977 in Tulare, CA. I have lived in Tulare for 26 years. I graduated from TulareWestern High School in 1995, In high school I competed in basketball and baseball all four years. After high school I went on to play college baseball at College of the Sequoias in 1996-1997 we won our conference, and in 1997 went to the Junior College World Series. From College of the Sequoias I received an athletic scholarship to an NAIA division 1 college, The Master's College in Santa Clarita, CA. In 2000 we made it to the NAIA World Series, the first time in the schools history. During my years of competitive athletics, I learned the importance of proper strength training, flexibility, and nutrition. %d%a%d%a %d%a%dªfter college I started working on my teaching credential, and along the way decided to try Personal Training. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I thoroughly enjoy helping people get in better shape, reach their fitness goals, and live a healthier lifestyle.%d%a
