How many days to form a habit?

A:There is no magic number. Most coaches and therapists currently believe that it takes between 21 and 30 days to 'create' a habit, so roughly 3-4 weeks. Remember, a habit is something that you have done over and over so many times that you now do it without giving it much conscious thought - if any!

Is it the power of our thought or law of attraction simply improves the state of mind? Dose thought really effects the surroundings so that it changes itself in our favour ?

A:Great question... but the law of attraction by itself does not improve a single thing in your life. Learning about the law of attraction does. Your results in life are tied directly to your thoughts about yourself and the world around you. We now know that our thoughts do effect the physical world around us, so your thoughts are the basis for your happiness and success.
