If you are trying to overcome an addiction, journal writing is a valuable tool and it will take you far.

In my own opinion this program was purely a scare tactic orchestrated by Pfizer. It seems once a year they make a documentary about online pharmacies and how dangerous they are...people get scared for awhile and then simply forget about it. Which then leads the drug companies to remind the people the year after and so on and so on. In the 60 minutes program I especially love the raid in Peru, and CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta just happened to be present, wow what luck!

Although once discouraged by the medical community, taking a low dose of naltrexone is taking on a new wave of followers. There are various theories as to why it has been dismissed and it's use discouraged, yet what I find fascinating is how people continue to use it and find that it works!
