Doctors are now realizing that preventive health measures are necessary if we are to remain healthy. What I think is so interesting is 60% of health care professionals take vitamins and other supplements to prevent illness and other diseases and disorders. I think it is important that all of us stay informed as to how to manage our own health, and by doing this we can prevent ourselves from illnesses.
