I have been training as a combat athlete for years, Black Belt in ITF Tae-Kwon-Do and i box internationally still. This is where my passion for training, nutrition and physique development began.BSc in Sports Science and Health in Dublin City University. Since completing my degree in sports science and health I have gone on to complete the CSCS exams. I am currently coaching and programming for numerous world class boxers and Tae Kwon Do athletes.
