![]() Carol Forsloff - ArticlesCarol Forsloff is originally from Oregon and received her undergraduate education at Portland State University and the University of Washington respectively in the areas of Political Science and English/journalism. She obtained her Masters degree at the State of University of New York at Albany and post Masters work at a number of Universities, including Penn State, Loyola, Duquesne and the University of Florida. Her experience includes 20 years as a teacher and teacher trainer, from elementary through graduate school where she taught courses for teachers through Pennsylvania State University. She served on the Special Commission for the Handicapped through Vocational Education in Washington DC, lectured widely on learning disabilities. Carol followed this with work in Hawaii that included the complete development of the educational and vocational programs for the prison system in Hawaii and administration of the largest counseling company in the State.
Carol is also an established writer of several books and a number of professional journals and is listed in Who\\\'s Who in American Special Education, Who\\\'s Who in American Women and the International Who\\\'s Who of Authors and Writers. She presently co-publishes and edits a community newspaper in Louisiana and also does free lance work for several media groups across the country.
