Carolyn Gibson is the founder of Synergy Professional Services, Inc., a Boston, Massachusetts based real estate management consulting firm. She specializes in providing consulting, training, and due diligence in all operational facets of residential property management.
Carolyn is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), a Chicago based, international trade organization. She has served IREM® as an instructor and Regional Vice-President for the New England area. A Past President of the Boston Metro Chapter #4, she holds the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® certification with IREM®.
Ms. Gibson has more than two decades of senior level residential property management experience.
