Christian Schoyen is a leading expert in headhunting, assessing people and human behavior futurology. He has since 1997 been the CEO for ESR, a successful international headhunting company that he founded and still presides. Christian has personally been involved in more than 3500 recruitments of specialists and managers for global Fortune 500 companies, both domestically and international. He graduated with a BBA from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, WA in 1991. Christian conducted his ethnic studies at California State University and completed his extensive 17 year (1995-2012) case study project in human behavior and predictability; "CAN PEOPLE CHANGE?", in January 2012.
