In the Baltimore Ravens vs. New England Patriots game, several things helped New England beat Baltimore 27-21, not the least of which was the Pats’ ever-better defense. The current feeling all week is that defense will determine the result of this game. And it is what comes about. But New England’s underestimated unit and not Baltimore’s much-rated bunch that lived up the biggest when it was needed.

The Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals, every body knows before kickoff that they will meet each other again on the same field in a few days. The Cardinals can only hope this will not be the same as what happened on the previous matchup. Aaron Rodgers, playing mostly against the reserves of Arizona, shredded them in a 33-7 Packers rout on Sunday.

The Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys will be a great match. The Eagles are at Dallas right now to play with the winner getting the NFC East title and a first-round playoff bye. The loser is going to get a wild-card berth. Last time these two met, The Cowboys scored 10 straight points in the last quarter to get a 20-16 victory at Lincoln Financial Field on November 8.

New York Jets vs. Cincinnati Bengals game will not be an easy one for Chad Ochocinco the Bengals receiver who worked out on Tuesday even though he has not fully recovered from a sore knee. He is shaping up for a playoff rematch against the Jets team that left him without a catch. Ochocinco fell on his left knee after slipping during pregame warm up on Sunday.
