Social anxiety is a extreme version of the anxiety that many people feel. It's important to consider at this point is that everyone really feels uneasy at times. The trouble is once it goes out of control and you cannot control it. So how do you get rid of social anxiety disorder? By finding new ways to respond to it.

Dealing with social anxiety makes it hard to be able to deal with people. Many people can actually have problems speaking, and there are even some professionals that do. They have to learn how to socialize with people, in a manner that they can learn to be comfortable for when they have to.

I personally believe that to deal with social anxiety means that we have to deal with our inner image of ourselves. Self-confidence. I say that we need our self-confidence more over self-worth because most of us think only of the things that we are good at when we think of self-worth. Self-esteem is what our minds think that we are worthy of. Our self-confidence is much more than that.

Social phobia is another term for social anxiety disorder, as far I have seen. The thought of going out into public or somewhere you haven't gone before can be so terrifying, you have sweats, start shaking, and this is just at the thought of going someplace new. Hopefully, this is a worst case scenario.
