Confidence Building - The Ultimate Teaching Strategy

As a music teacher of more than 20 years the strategy which has proven to be the overall winner is the the confidence builder. In this article I explain why and how it works and also why so many teachers overlook it. Confidence building is in my opinion is really what teaching is all about. A confident student will find their way regardless of initial setbacks whereas a student lacking confidence is likely to throw in the towel as the very first hurdle. Read
