Hi i wanted to ask as to how to become a professional technical analyst and work with a mutual fund house or a big broker firm sachin
A:There are many courses which are available for technical analyst
however to join a mutual fund you need much more than just being a technical analsyt
You can start by being in research which focuses on fundamental analysis .
Secondly focus on education related to corporate finance this will help you in that direction
Kindly note if you wish to be a fund manager of a mutual fund it's not easy
just look at the current fund managers resume & you know what I mean

I can generate enough income with a 6% dividend and will not have to touch the principal. Why do I need more than one mutual fund. I have found bond funds that pay 6%+
A:Simple answer .you Do not ,?
I am not sure which country you belong to I Presume you are fron India .
Yes the bond market will give you 6% and if you so not wish to take additional risk for additional return it is perfectly fine, as your need or rather your financial goal is fulfilled by your investment
Just Take care that the underlying asset's of the Bond Mutual Fund is appropriate for your risk appetite.
