Every interview should expand your career education and choice for future employment decisions. Your goal is to learn everything you can from the interviewer as well as from your research on the Internet. Don't be bashful, ask whatever you want to know. Your Visionary Talent is Key to Career ChoiceDO NOT accept employment with any firm that fails to have visionary talent, a leader, that someone who works ON the business vision, it's future, searching, seeking, networking, doing all the important functions necessary for success. Career Goals are Worthy of your ThoughtNot everyone is going to be an executive, a doctor, a lawyer, a scientist, minister or whatever you can dream for your children. We have to accept them for who they are, whatever ability God gives them as their gift to society. Bullies Deserve No Respect at SchoolBack in my school days, even at the office, I don't recall any bullying challenges. Maybe I've just forgotten but don't think that's the case. Few of my friends had such problems with someone being BAD or taking advantage of the situation. Most of us just were supportive of each other and no one dared to challenge any of us. Goals Achievement Drives your Career AdvanceIt's obvious that success can be yours when you have career advancement goals written down and you execute important steps according to your roadmap to success. Not everyone is a leader and that's OK. Some employees work well on individual projects rather than with a group. Many jobs lend themselves well in this environment. Is Lunch/dinner a Good Interview PlaceCareer Interviews Over Lunch Is a Great Idea...Do YOU agree? Maybe is a good answer; sometimes makes sense; then most of us say, "it all depends" and I think you are right. It could be a NO answer for some folks because eating with an interviewer is a challenge for us to show our best manners and good eating habits. Watch your neighbors at the local restaurant and you'll observe/recognize what NOT to do!
