CAREER PROFILE OF DR. ARSHAD HUSAIN Ph. D.

Dr. Arshad Husain, is an acclaimed Professor of Human Resource Management, Marketing and Management. He is a well known author and writer. He is presently the Chairman of TIPS (The Institute of Professional Studies). He has provided numerous research based papers and articles which may be searched mainly on ArticlesBase.com. He has taught at many world renowned universities following a successful professional career where he rose to the position of becoming an effective CEO of a Global Multinational company for a number of years.  He is extremely well educated from the very best universities in the world having done an extensive Ph.D. and receiving a Doctorate in Human Resource Management. He did his MBA in Marketing.

Dr. Husain has had a long career progression in multinational organizations rising very quickly at a young age through the Oil, Engineering, Telecommunications, Automobile and finally, the Pharmaceutical Sector. He has traveled widely Internationally overseeing and winning contracts in various countries of the world during his work experience in England at a top Management position as General Manager International Operations where he headed the Marketing, Human Resources and Material Operations departments in a Multinational Global organization based in London. He has independently headed an HR Department, as Director Human Resources in a multinational global organization of great repute.

He finally became a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of a Multinational Global company, which position he held for a number of years and was later (even as a CEO), visiting faculty at top universities. He later settled down as permanent senior Faculty, Headed the Departments of HRM and Marketing and Director of a well reputed university.  He now  Heads one of the very finest institutes of higher learning called TIPS (The Institute of Professional Studies), as their Chairman.

He teaches a total of 33 Management Science subjects which include the whole range of Human Resource Management and Marketing subjects PLUS many other subjects for A and O Levels such as Biology, English (Literature and Language), Business Studies, History, Geography, Sociology, Psychology, IELTS  etc., He also, teaches other subjects of interest in Management such as Leadership, Motivation in Management, Decision Making Skills, Organizational Development, Career Management,  Introduction to Ideas, Business Study Skills and Methods, etc.

As a professional speaker, he conducts courses, seminars and workshops with meticulously precise knowledge through both experience, and research with audience participation having focused and rapt attention.

Today, he is a guest speaker at many international universities. He has written a book on Business Research, in the process of writing a book on Project Management, and yet another, on the New Perspective of HRM. He has to his credit, many well researched articles published internationally besides having actively organized and participated in both local and international lectures, seminars, workshops and conferences. He is considered to be an authority on HRM, Marketing and various subjects requiring both creativity and innovation. Students are known to be totally focused and mesmerised when he teaches in his classes due to his wide scope of knowledge and understanding of the subject being taught. Owing to this, he is both a professional and personal mentor to hundreds of executives, teachers and students.
