Global Warming describes a gradual increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere. This is permanently changing the Earths climate forever. The primary cause of global warming is from humans, mostly burning of fossil fuels to drive cars, generating electricity, and operating our homes and businesses. The discovery of water on moon has opened new avenues of research about space and thus possibility of life on moon.

Some, like the Milky Way, are flat disks with arcing spiral arms and regions of dense interstellar gas, called nebulae, which are active sites of star formation. Yet others are ellipse-shaped agglomerations of mature stars, virtually devoid of interstellar gas or dust.

Central Government has decided to establish, as a special exemption, two Central Universities in the State, one in Jammu region and another in the Kashmir Valley fulfilling higher education requirement of the two regions, at the cost of IIM as it has dropped the idea for establishing an IIM in J & K State. both Central Universities will offer distinct courses in emerging areas of Nano-Technology, Bio-Technology and Information Technology.

EID-UL-FITR is celebrated on the first day of Shaw'waal, at the completion of the holy month Ramadan (the ninth month of the Muslim year),. Infact it is the 'festival of fast breaking' and is most celebratory of all Muslim festivals. The festival is significant as much for its timing, as for its religious implications. Legend says that the Koran was revealed to Prophet Mohammed in the last ten days of Ramadan.

Kashmir as you know is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, beautiful people and a center of Sufism - a culture created by liberal Islamic and Hindu traditions. Even though this region is majority Muslim but almost divided into three equal sub-regions with majority Buddhist, Hindu and Muslim areas. It is painful that unrest in valley (one of the three regions) has dragged for two decades now and has been a flash point among unresolved disputes.
