Global Warming describes a gradual increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere. This is permanently changing the Earths climate forever. The primary cause of global warming is from humans, mostly burning of fossil fuels to drive cars, generating electricity, and operating our homes and businesses. Global Warming is very real, and it is occurring everyday.

Eid- Ul- Adha is one of the special festivals of Muslim. Eid- Ul –Adha is also known as Bakr- Eid and festival of sacrifice.

"Will moon be colonized by man?" Just live on the moon? That was the question hurled at those who made a request for something that was well nigh impossible to get. Now, forty years thereafter, another major step forward has been taken by India. Chandrayaan I, Our space vehicle to moon, , has discovered that there is water on moon. The discovery of water on moon has opened new avenues of research about space and thus possibility of life on moon.

Central Government has decided to establish, as a special exemption, two Central Universities in the State, one in Jammu region and another in the Kashmir Valley fulfilling higher education requirement of the two regions, at the cost of IIM as it has dropped the idea for establishing an IIM in J & K State. both Central Universities will offer distinct courses in emerging areas of Nano-Technology, Bio-Technology and Information Technology.

EID-UL-FITR is celebrated on the first day of Shaw'waal, at the completion of the holy month Ramadan (the ninth month of the Muslim year),. Infact it is the 'festival of fast breaking' and is most celebratory of all Muslim festivals. The festival is significant as much for its timing, as for its religious implications. Legend says that the Koran was revealed to Prophet Mohammed in the last ten days of Ramadan.

The valley is predominantly a mountainous one surrounded with thick forests and is always an exciting and stimulating, situated some 120 kms from Patni Top a hilly tourist spot of Jammu region of Jammu and Kashmir State. In India teacher day (also called Teachers' Appreciation Day or National Teacher's Day) is celebrated on 5th of September every year. Teachers Day is a dedication to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education and was one of the most well known diplomat, scholar, president of India and above all a teacher.

Kashmir as you know is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, beautiful people and a center of Sufism - a culture created by liberal Islamic and Hindu traditions. Even though this region is majority Muslim but almost divided into three equal sub-regions with majority Buddhist, Hindu and Muslim areas. It is painful that unrest in valley (one of the three regions) has dragged for two decades now and has been a flash point among unresolved disputes.

Earth Day/Arbor Day is the day designated for fostering appreciation of the earth's environment and awareness of the issues that threaten it. Earth Day has been officially observed in April 22 in 175 countries. Unlike the storied origins of many days, the history of Arbor Day is the tale of a modern celebration. The reason for the association between Arbor Day and Earth Day is fairly transparent. Both Arbor Day and Earth Day are environmental statements.
