Recent Activity
(May 7, 2009) During this phase of the pandemic we're learning a lot about pandemic spread, among other elements of pandemic response. Even those of us who are already watchful have been surprised by the ballistic speed of recent pandemic events.
(April 28, 2009) We've been expecting something like this, right? Scientists, government leaders, and health officials world over have been begging us to prepare for a health crisis.
Do our non-verbals trigger a psychological state that may create what we think? Or is it our psychological state that triggers our non-verbals? i.e. body language
We train others how to treat us. If we do nothing about the behaviour of others when it negatively impacts us, then we bear some responsibility in having that behaviour continue. We have all seen or been in this situation. A staff member goes to the boss and complains about a colleague’s behaviour. When asked if s/he had talked with this person to try and resolve the situation, most often the person has not done so. S/he wants the boss to fix it for her/him.
