EDUCATION

I completed my secondary education at the Bundeserziehungsanstalt (BEA) Graz, the leading Austrian secondary school. There, I excelled in mathematics and science and for over six years tutored students in these subjects. There I had 8 years of English and French, both conversation and writing, and 5 years of Latin, complemented later by several more languages in self-study including Spanish, Italian, & Portuguese.

I undertook my medical studies at the Medical Faculty of the University of Graz, Austria, a leading medical school for South-East Europe. During my medical studies, I was a demonstrator and scientific assistant for medical and physiological chemistry, instructing medical students. From the University of Graz, I graduated as M.D. as the first of my class, and also received an MPH.

I thoroughly kept up with all relevant developments of both orthodox & alternative medicines by attending seminars worldwide & being a speaker in most of the alternative ones, as well as at the 1984 Conference on Alkali Metals in El Paso, Texas, the proceedings of which were published in Pharmacology, Biochemistry & Behavior. Vol. 21. Suppl. I, 1984, including my two cancer articles.

PRACTICAL MEDICAL EXPERIENCE SUMMARIZED

Though this may seem unusual, I gathered a whole lot of experience in the medical field since early childhood by being with my father & grandfather (the latter also an herbalist inclined to use naturopathy in his general practice), both in their offices & on house calls.

At the age of about 11, when it became clear that the breast cancer of my mother, though "5year cured", was recurring, I had the hubris to take it upon myself to search for a cure myself as nobody else seemed to have much to offer. Though I had the basic idea even then , i.e., to look at longevity populations who are virtually free of degenerative disease, it took until 1979 when I finally met A Keith Brewer, Ph.D., who introduced me to the high pH therapy for cancer to find the basic solution, way late for my mother.

In the belief that biochemistry is the key to solving most puzzles of degenerative disease, while still a medical student, I worked & did research for two years at the Institute for Medical & Physiologic Chemistry of the University of Graz, Austria. After graduation, I had the privilege to learn common sense in medicine under the eminent Prof Dr Hans Brücke, one of the leading surgeons of his time. Under him, I did the surgical part of my rotating internship comprising Surgery, OB/GYN, & ENT, & also got thorough training in surgical x-ray & the basics of anesthesiology.

Thereafter, I was six years in training to become an internist at the Medical University Clinic Graz. Austria. During this time, I also completed the remaining subjects of my rotating internship including dermatology & pediatrics. The main fields of my interest there were hematology & oncology, hepatology & gastroenterology, & research into nutritional & other natural approaches to degenerative disease. It was this latter interest, & the consistently better results with the patients under my care provoking the jealousy of my colleagues, that, in the end, caused me to leave this clinic.

In order to find out the basis of the claims of effectiveness of drugs, I spent three years in the pharmaceutical industry, including at Boehringer/Ingelheim & Ciba-Geigy. The statistical manipulations used to get drug effectiveness & inside details of drug registration (including U.S. FDA) were true revelations.

Learning about the "drug concession" for oncologists finally explained their harmful actions.

I then practiced for almost 10 year in general practice, certified & recertified in family practice, in the U.S. Two of these years were spent as a flight surgeon for the U.S. Navy. Most of this time, my offices were in the Washington, D.C. area, though I had at one time licenses in eight jurisdictions. My work with cancer patients caused five years of grueling procedures against me by the Maryland licensing board & even an attempt of the U.S. Postal Services to accuse me of mail fraud for "putting insurance forms in the mail that contained hair analysis" (which, according to the USPS is not a valid test). The end of these trials & tribulations was a revocation of my licenses in seven & change of the rules in the eighth jurisdiction.

Thereafter, I acted as consultant to physicians worldwide & continued my research by visiting & studying the local lifestyle & eating habits in some 80 countries. Recently, I assumed a consultancy with Dr Wong & his private hospital in Chiangmai, Thailand. This allows in-patient treatment of all the conditions listed under "Effective Treatment Protocols Developed" in first class accommodations at reasonable costs.

SHORTLIST OF EFFECTIVE TREATMENT PROTOCOLS DEVELOPED

Effective alternative treatment protocols were developed & are continuously refined for the following, but not limited to, the following conditions, and where I am available for consultations, about all aspects of Alternative Medicines for any type of medical condition, particularly all types of CANCER at all stages (incl. leukemias, lymphomas, & sarcomas, heart and vascular disease, diabetes and its complications (retinopathy, angiopathy, etc.), arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), asthma and allergies, alcoholism and drug (and other) addictions, general revitalization and rejuvenation, impotence and other sexual dysfunctions, immune system disorders including chronic fatigue immunodeficiency syndrome (CFIDS) and AIDS, Alzheimer disease and schizophrenias, multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and other neurological diseases, any type of acute and chronic toxicity/poisoning from drugs/environment, aluminum/heavy metal toxicity, lung diseases including cancer, pneumonias, emphysema, and sarcoidosis, acute and chronic infectious diseases, hepatitis of all types, vaginal yeast infections and other urogenital problems, etc.

UNIQUE TREATMENT MODALITIES DEVELOPED & PRACTICED

The unique treatment modalities developed, based on my research, & made available for the reversal of degenerative & other conditions include, but are not limited to the following:

(1) High-dose direct I.V. ozone: while there were about 6,000 practitioners in Germany & about 10,000 worldwide in 1955 who used high-dose direct I.V. ozone, to the best of my knowledge, I am presently the only practitioner in the world who uses this modality as BASIS THERAPY for all conditions to homeopathically reverse ALL DISEASE TENDENCIES. Note that I described this homeopathic effect of ozone in 1980, but it has been ignored by all practitioners ever since. The results of over 10,000 patients treated with this modality are reflected, in part, in my book, OZONE, the Eternal Purifier ..., especially in the forthcoming 2d ed. Over 200 Internet sites draw on the ozone effects described in the 1st edition.

(2) I.V. application of the high pH therapy: while there were a few practitioners, including Dr Hans Nieper & Dr Jonathan Wright, who used the oral form in some of their patients, I am the only one who consistently used it I.V. as it is 1.5 to 3.0 times more consistently effective. Of some 750 patients with cancer, over 500 were treated with the I.V. application. (3) Separation of ozone, minerals, & vitamins (eventually followed by hyperbaric oxygen) to minimize any adverse reactions that are common if vitamins & minerals are combined in the same I.V.

(4) Use of CaNa2 EDTA I.V. push, rather than Na4 EDTA as slow infusion, as the most effective means to reverse atherosclerosis & its consequences as well as any heavy metal (Pb, Hg, Cd, etc.) & aluminum (Al) toxicity including Alzheimer disease (primarily from Al) & removing up to 90% of the proximate cause of many cancers (primarily from Pb).

(5) Use of advanced growth hormone releasers rather than human growth hormone (HGH) injections to avoid all the adverse effects from parenteral HGH while maintaining all desired effects.

(6) A wide range of antiaging/rejuvenating strategies, the most advanced of which indicate an actual Path to Immortality. As the more advanced methods require a total commitment from the patient/client without which they will not be successful, the latter are offered only to those few who may have such a commitment.

(7) Enhanced Dr Nieper protocols for multiple sclerosis (MS) & amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) proven effective since the 1950s.

(8) The only promptly effective treatment for pulmonary sarcoidosis ever devised, as well as effective protocols for other lung diseases including cancer, pneumonias, emphysema.

(9) The most effective treatment for all types of hepatitis, vaginal yeast infections, & for virtually all other infectious diseases without the adverse effects of antibiotics, & antiviral & antifungal drugs.

(10) The most effective treatment for AIDS & other immune system disorders, & where the results with the 1980s protocol for these conditions were reported with Prof Dr H Hugh Fudenberg as coauthor.
