His surgical career began in Paediatric surgery, followed by Gastrointestinal surgery and General surgery. He then chose to pursue Cardiothoracic surgery. Dr. Bobby Kumar has worked in public hospitals for 18 years. In the course of having his own private practice, he developed an interest in Cosmetic surgery and Skin Cancer Reconstructive surgery. As a result, he joined the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and has completed a two year training program attaining a Surgical Fellowship in Cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Bobby Kumar is a Fellow of the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery. This college is associated with the American and Asian colleges of Cosmetic surgery. In the course of his training, Dr. Bobby Kumar has been mentored by some of Australia’s and the USA’s finest and leading Cosmetic and Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons.
