Duncan boasts of 30 years industry experience, having joined global printer manufacturer TallyGenicom in 1989, following an extensive apprenticeship in telecommunications at Weston Instruments (formally Solartron) and a five-year stint at Newbury Data. As Global Product Manager, Duncan is a central interface between sales, product development, vendor management and senior management. Duncan is responsible for setting global product pricing and undertaking intensive market analysis; global product management of all laser products and document solutions; steering product design and development; ensuring products meets their market criteria; maximising sales channels worldwide; assisting both end users and channel members alike; and supplying the communications team with information for producing marketing materials. Duncan has a passion for scuba diving, being both a BSAC accredited dive leader and studying to become an open water instructor. In addition, he is a keen skier and motorcycles rider.
