life has to share more with our children to produce them as better people in the next generation of life. Complaining against others without seeing our own mistakes of parenthood is a blind life. Life from generation to generation is to be taken care very much. Human beings, especially children need more care and sharing. Understanding this living philosophy is called the true life.

Scholl has been providing a very comfortable learning environment since time immemorial. It is speechless to say about complete learning without school. Machines and other equipments can add the teachers in teaching but not meant for replacing them.

Everybody’s life is a Taj Mahal. Step by step, brick by brick, day-by-day efforts were made & it was built into the world famous structure that the world had ever seen. Man’s great life is also built through the step-by-step intelligent effort. No great life is built through half-hazard way or mistake-by-mistake.

My interview started at 2.15 pm. Though the climate was hot I had taken coat & tie with me for interview. I decided to wear these though none of the candidate had worn coats.

Values like Leadership, unity, confidence, love, courage etc are cultivated in the classroom only. A classroom is not a dead room rather it’s a living platform. Classroom is the heart of the school, which experiences 7 to 8 period daily. Class room is a reflection, a motivation where pupils meet teachers, ask questions, give answers, do humour & many more.

It’s your will power, which matters everything. I have seen many hidden qualities of the children, which became their hobbies & later on their profession. The power of will gives water to the little plant of potentiality within you.

Gossips play an important role in everybody’s life. More often teachers gossip at their free periods. There is no wrong in it. It’s natural. But the quality of gossiping must be maintained so that our mind and attitude will be nurtured in a positive and progressive ways.

The whole institution runs under the tune of the ‘leader’ only. As the leader, so the institution. Leader works as a catalyst to bring a revolution in the institution. A school is such an institution which needs the same kind of catalyst who takes risk and works with challenge in the way of progress.

Today children are the most vulnerable part of any hazards-it may be natural or manmade. As they are small and innocent it’s our (we, the teachers, parents, managements and community) responsibility to give safeguard and train them how to face hazards as challenges. They must be built as confident, bold and courageous. Our future nation can only be saved if the present children are safe

To be a successful teacher needs no easy way. Self control,Understanding the emotion of a child, making himself an example and many more are required.

A very big problem that every school faces, i.e. the difficulty to deal with the slow learners. The teachers have their big headache over these children. Handle them in homework & class work, understanding the topic, etc are the areas concerned with the slow learners.

To be a successful teacher needs no easy way. Self control,Understanding the emotion of a child, making himself an example and many more are required.

The innovative class teacher always creates new things within the children & inspires them to be creative & innovative. Is it the best or right judgment to pass and fail a child on the basis of subjective marks? Is it correct to follow one type of academic rating system for all whereas children are unique in their characters in different fields? Should we go for forcing the children to put on one similar size shoe to all though the size of their foot is different from child to child?
