    Majalis

    The word majalis is derived from the verb jalasa, meaning to sit down or to hold a session, and majalis therefore means meeting or assembly. (Koran: 68:11-12) In pre-Islamic period, the majalis designated an assembly or council of the tribe's notables.     Acute Liver Failure

    Acute liver failure (ALF), also known as fulminant hepatic failure, is a rare manifestation of liver disease and constittes a medical emergency. The syndrome arises from loss of hepatic parenchyma that may result from a variety of insults to the liver.     Ishq

    The word ishq is derived from ashiqa. The ashiqa is a creeper called liblab in Arabic and ishq-pechan in Persian. When this creeper twines itself around a tree, it deprives it of its leaves and fruits. The tree turns yellow and a few days later dries up.     Imam Shah

    "Syed Imam Shah was a famous Ismaili da'i in India. His name was Imamuddin, surnamed Abdur Rahim. He was born in Uchh Sharif in 834/1430, and was the younger son of Pir Hasan Kabiruddin. The tradition has it that when Pir Hasan Kabiruddin died, his all sons were present at Uchh Sharif with exception of Syed Imam Shah.
