My first assignment was with International Airports Authority of India and the stint was between April, 1978 to April, 1989. The second assignment was with Hotel Corporation of India, Centaur Hotel and the stint was between April, 1989 to April, 2003. The 3rd assignment was with A.K.Hafizka Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai. With  Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mumbai as a Joint Director-HR between July 08 to Nov 10. Presently, I am with M/S. Vijay Tanks & Vessels Private Limited (Construction Company), Baroda as GM(HR & Admn).

 

Recent Activity

Every organization irrespective of their size, volume, and turnover shall have employees (unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled, and highly skilled) on their rolls. Such employees on joining have to be groomed, developed, and prepared for effective functioning. The Management must necessarily drive the employee's potential, competency& interest to get the best for their organization. Make them remarkable.
