My first assignment was with International Airports Authority of India and the stint was between April, 1978 to April, 1989.

The second assignment was with Hotel Corporation of India, Centaur Hotel and the stint was between April, 1989 to April, 2003. During the above said period, I was with Centaur Hotel, Delhi, Centaur Hotel, Juhu Bach, Mumbai, Centaur Hotel, Mumbai Airport. I was working as a Manager-Personnel.

The third assignment was with A.K.Hafizka Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai. I was designated as Head of Department. My subjects were as under.
* Principles of Management.
* Human Resource Management.
* Business Law.

I am also attached to various other insitutions and organizations as a part time faculty involved in delivering classes for MMS. The subjects are Organizational Development, Organizational Theory,Structure and Design.

Presently, with Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mumbai as a Joint Director-HR.
