Jackie Riggins, CEO of Property Staging Consultants is a creative and passionate individual, was a speaker for Women’s Council of REALTORS® and several other associations. She has been in Re-Design and Real Estate over 20 years. She empowers and transforms lives through speaking. Jackie created a company that takes real estate agents and others wanting to start a staging business into another level of success. She has set the standard in home staging. She used the staging concept and Consulted with her own clients to better prepare their properties for sale. We have learned that vesting time up front with the clients during the listing presentation has proven to be quite beneficial in the process. The clients are becoming much more aware that things need to be done, yet don’t really understand where to begin this process. Thus, we have become very successful as well as educating many successful real estate professionals and Professional Stagers on what matters when selling the properties. We minimize the negotiations that occur in the contractual process. The closings are virtually without negotiations, which provide a much smoother closing process. In real estate it is extremely important that we cover each other and make sure all possible liabilities are introduced and identified. We are about identifying what will give the client and the real estate professional the best financial gain on their investment and based on the priorities of the properties unique needs. I am a National Speaker which believes in hands on and interaction within the classroom and property setting. Building a comfort zone and a rapport, finding a commonality with the clients is my main focus. Secondly, providing a well written, detailed document on how to begin the process is how I maintain the client’s motivation and get them involved to assist in the process, which ultimately lowers the expense of staging. I am passionate about the real estate and staging industries. PSC® sets the standard in staging based on my experience as well as individual real estate professionals I have taught across the Continental US. I have implemented the desire to transform the real estate professional’s process to achieve a greater result. I am here to assist my peers in real estate by introducing a process that protects and lessens the liabilities we face as real estate professionals.
