With the New Year already here and tens of millions of Americans still unemployed or underemployed, the American Dream seems more elusive than ever. Manufacturing and traditional employment opportunities continue to migrate overseas in search of ever-cheaper labor markets, and many displaced American workers grow more and more disillusioned with the prospects of finding gainful employment.
