If a client asks you to do something a bit out of the ordinary for you, you can usually find a way to make it happen by using a Wordpress plug-in. There are both and paid plug-ns available within the Wordpress dashboard, and both can be easily installed.
If you aren't feeling great about your business, it might be time to check in to see where that feeling and attitude is coming from. It could be that the tasks you are doing just need a few tweaks.
First, you want to build up your lists because you want to be sure you have someone to market to! You want to build trust and credibility with your new followers. I have tips on that too, but let's stick to the main points for a successful launch in this article.
Before you start driving traffic, you want to be sure that you have everything in place and ready for your new visitors. Meaning your landing page is ready, you have some posts on your wall, and have added some pictures of you interacting with others at event's speaking on the stage, any photos that are business related. You also want to add video if you have them.
We get so busy in our business, working for our clients, putting new products and services together, but then we forget the most important part, actually letting people know what we offer, and that's where marketing comes in.
To get really true authentic testimonials from your clients you want them to write what they feel about your product of service in their own words. The only thing I do when I get a testimonial is correct any spelling errors, and that's it
Social media marketing is NOT a silver bullet. It takes time and energy to build a community of people who resonate with you and your business brand. There are many programs that will grow your followers and impress you and your friends with the big numbers, but that is NOT the way to build a community of people who want what you offer.
A true mastermind meets at least once a week, with everyone participating in goals, discussing where they are stuck and getting support. You also have to be accountable to the group and have them hold your feet to the fire if you don't follow through. It also works best if you have no more then 10 people in the group and have a true leader leading the mastermind.
Make sure you ask open ended questions. Don't focus only on how many business cards you hand out and only talking about you and your business. Ask the other attendees about their business first, and really listen to what they are saying. You will find that they will eventually ask you what you do. Now it is your turn!
Where else can you tap into some of the most highly respected experts and add them to your Twitter friends list? You usually have to do a joint venture with someone to access his or her list, and getting that access is difficult. With Twitter, you don't have to do this!
