He has enjoyed a successful career helping change the lives of countless clients in facilities such as Gold's Gym, YMCA, Healthtrax, Inc, and World Gym. John has also been featured in Fitness Management publication, ESPN2 Local Break, and the Hartford Currant for his exercise programming.
John is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Endurance Sports Trainer Association (NESTA), and the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA).
