Reptiles are cold-blooded animals, which mean that their temperature is regulated by the environment; therefore the temperature at which the specimen is housed is essential to carry all its physiological processes. In captivity, it is essential that the animal is provided with suitable gradient temperature in the place where it stays. This way, the animal can regulate its temperature by moving from one place to another, as he needs.

To combat the lice, like many other ailments that are related to hair, there is nothing better than the white vinegar. With fungicidal properties and high acidity, lice may be annihilated in a matter of hours.

A terrarium habitat type is the most suitable to keep the geckos in captivity. If you choose to have more than one animal, you must provide two separate spaces, since males tend to fight over a territory. An ideal terrarium should provide an environment that is as natural as possible.

The gecko is a lizard of the family called Gekkonidae with various sizes from small to medium. It is very common in all temperate climates. Of all the lizards, the gecko is unique in its ability to sing, uttering a series of chirps that allow him to socialize with other geckos. There are about 1,200 different species of gecko. The name derives from the Malay gekok.

There are approximately 700 species of geckos known. Actually, there are well over 1,000 species and the second largest lizard family. Geckos are native in many parts of the world. They inhabit, depending on the specie, rainforests, deserts and dry lands. Some of the species are found near human settlements, and some even come up inside people's houses.

To provide water, a tray of 10x5cm with water allows the gecko to cool itself during warm weather or inside a warm room temperature. Keep the water clean and clear and, if possible, in a shallow dish to prevent the gecko from drowning not to mention the water from going bad to quickly. Provide extra dish or container for zophobas or mealworms as an option.

The intestinal wall contains more than four million microvilli. It's job is to absorb nutrients. Due to the enormous number of microvilli, the total effective area for absorption into the colon is more than 2,200 square feet. Fiber cleans each square foot because dirt begins to accumulate. Most people have a dirty colon due to lack of dietary fiber.

Our body needs all the vitamins that are contained in fruits, because eating a daily amount of fruit is essential for the proper functioning of our body, thus promoting a clean, and removing any impurities that add up due to poor nutrition.

Head lice live for up to six weeks and multiple rapidly, moving from colonizing human host to human host as they go. It takes only a female louse to start an infection, which can seat a maximum of two hundred and ten eggs in her life. In their infancy the head louse, during this period known as the nymph goes through metamorphoses three times, shedding exoskeleton each time.
