The different martial arts associated with Samurai training have many profound benefits to people. Several studies reported that individuals engaging in any form of martial arts training have shown lower incidences of violence, higher self-esteem, and better behavior, discipline, and performance in school. A spiritual warrior (like the samurai) is a master of self-knowledge that overcomes deception to see and understand himself, others, and the world more clearly.
