Judy’s invaluable knowledge and skills in increasing efficiency and productivity within the workplace stem from over 20 years as a business owner, consultant adult educator and franchisee. These various roles have allowed Judy to gain insight to the work management issues that can occur within white collar workplaces. Judy has over 15 years experience in writing and presenting training courses and has had several published articles on Outlook, workplace productivity and customer service. She has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) status since 2005 for her expertise in Outlook and is one of twenty worldwide in this field. Judy was co-director of the successful company Acorn Training Services for 10 years, a role that allowed her to fine-tune her consulting, workplace training and analysis skills. This experience also cultivated her passion for practical, relevant approaches to organisational and staff development. Judy’s journey through the business world has continued with the launch of her new work place efficiency company Pragmatix. With the launch of Pragmatix Judy is looking forward to working with issues of which she is both knowledgeable and passionate. Her vision of Pragmatix is a company with a broad scope that encompasses many facets of work management. Through Pragmatix Judy aims to provide a diverse range of methods for dealing with the efficiency problems that many organisations face. She is looking forward to fostering new business relationships and is excited about utilising her skills for the benefit of her clients.
