Karen Fullick - ArticlesMy name is Karen, I am happily married to Malcolm and we have a great son called Sam.
I have been a successful business woman for many years holding senior positions in Finance and I now own and run two companies. 18 months ago I decided to do something about my weight as it was yo-yoing up and down constantly. I enbarked on a weight loss regime changing my eating habits for healthy foods with treats. I was so amazed at how it made me feel I wanted to know more so took and passed a nutritional qualification and am now a Nutritional Therapist. However, this was only half the journey as I realised there was more to weight loss and maintenance than just healthy eating. I love socialising with my girl friends, we have such a laugh when we are out together. I exercise regularly, two favourites are WII Fit and Camilla Dallarup - dance off the inches. Both are fun and you hardly know you are dancing. Eating out with Malcolm is a must as we both enjoy quality food and try to get to a highly recommended restaurant once every three months. Holidays are important to us so we go to Las Vegas once a year - Malcolm's treat as he loves it there, however, we are the only people I know who always lose money on the tables! Spain is the other destination, we go and stay at a friends villa near Nerja - it is on the coastline so overlooks the sea and is wonderfully peaceful through the day. We head for the town in the evening for a meal and a bout of people watching.
