Kim Miller, Bodysmart© Inc’s principal is an active newspaper and magazine columnist.  She has been in the health field her entire adult life. As a full-time, freelance personal trainer and wellness coach, she has influenced the health, well being, and livelihoods of hundreds of clients from diverse walks of life and ages ranging from preteens to octogenarians.

Kim is an active tennis player, having played on several National and State teams. She is involved in distance running, weight lifting, cooking.

Kim’s professional credentials includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Cleveland State University. Kim is a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE is one of the top three accreditation groups in the United States. She is also certified as a wellness coach with Wellcoaches who have earned the coveted endorsement of the American College of Sportsmedicine.

While I have much in common with product endorsers and sellers who aim to assist people with weight loss, and healthier lifestyles, what we don't have in common is the approach used to have a healthy, happy, fit, lean and meaningful life. I believe that many weight loss products have the opposite effect. They, similar to an aspirin, or other analgesics, treat the symptom rather than the cause and eventually erode one's spirit and ability to do the work of being a healthy, happy, confident person
