About Larry Easto

Larry has worked with small businesses for more than 35 years. During this time he has practised business law, served as a consultant and written and spoken widely on small business matters.

As a writer, Larry simplifies complex concepts to help readers apply them. As an educator, he helps individuals identify their unique strengths. Using these strengths as a foundation, he assists program participants to develop and implement strategies to achieve their own goals.

His best-selling book, How to Succeed in Your Home Business, has been translated into six languages since it was published in 1995.

In April 1998, his marketing book, More Business For Your Business--A Marketing Workbook For Small Business was published, instantly becoming a best-seller, with more than 46,000 copies sold within a year. McGraw Hill-Ryerson Limited published Networking Is More Than Doing Lunch, Big Networking Ideas for Your Small Business.

He co-authored The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Buying and Selling Your Business, published by Alpha Books (Prentice Hall Canada) in April 2000. In September of the same year, Alpha Books also published The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Small Business for Canadians of which he was the sole author.

In 2004, Larry designed and wrote an eight-day marketing coaching program for entrepreneurs and subsequently converted the program into a home study program. The next year he designed a training program to assist customer service personnel to understand and value diversity in the workplace and marketplace.
