Snooki summed up the Jersey Shore influence pretty well in the final episode of season two by announcing that if she were president, "The economy would rise, everyone would be tan and all the radios would play house music." Luckily, she doesn't have a chance. However, even though the influence of Jersey Shore doesn't span the nation, it certainly resonates with many teens today as, at the very least, a good form of entertainment.
Prom is a milestone event in every teenager's life. It's the last big party where everyone will be all together before parting ways for college, the military or wherever else life takes them. Both parents and teens want the night to be special, fun and above all, safe.
You may very well remember bullies from the playgrounds–they would use unwarranted verbal and/or physical attacks on other students. But these days, there's a new kind of bullying–cyberbullying.
