![]() Louise Kiernan has over 25 years of experience in helping people reach their full potential. Her corporate clients include those in manufacturing, radio, cable TV, pharmaceuticals, health care and finance. Ms. Kiernan’s focus is on developing and implementing training programs that help organizations to develop leaders and managers. She recently developed and implemented the Executive Leadership Academy for a national association and is skilled at increasing employee motivation and engagement. Ms. Kiernan also helps organizations design or improve performance management processes including identifying and defining the behavior competencies needed to move an organization forward.
She has expertise in coaching individuals and groups that want to improve their overall performance or cohesiveness.
Ms. Kiernan develops strong customer relationships, through her keen listening skills, the ability to establish genuine rapport, the delivery of a highly professional product and by creating an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Ms. Kiernan, formerly the President of Behavioral Health Care Management, developed a highly successful intensive out-patient program for New Jersey’s largest private hospital. She has been a guest speaker at the Statewide Narcotic Action Plan (SNAP) Conference, sponsored by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s office, the Graphic Arts Association of Pennsylvania and the NJ Medical Society where she participated in a training video for NJ nurses. Ms. Kiernan appeared on the television programs “Health Matters” and “Straight Talk” and was an invited radio guest for WAPP-NY, WSHU-NJ and WMTR-NJ.
Ms. Kiernan holds an MA in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University and a PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources). She is also a member of the International Coach Federation, Organizational Development Network, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the New Jersey Human Resource Planning Group.
