Tea parties are quite popular now & people always comment on how they like mine so I thought I would share some of my ideas with you. A Victorian Tea Party would be the most elegant of all. This delicious cookie recipe is from the very little (heart shaped) cookbook titled The Bear Facts Recommends. It was published by a small company back in the 1980's. I am sure it is no longer in print. They called the cookies simply CARAMEL BARS. The cookies taste like a candy bar and anyone you share them with will love them too!
