I was thinking of my father today that past away the year of 2005. He suffered from a stroke late 1996. He managed that one good due to his drinking problems. The doctor told us it was good because the alcohol was blood thinning. Amazing to see the man next to him was a vegetable.
We were in a group that walked up to the tigers cave. Arrangements were done for us. We walked in lines, had to stay quiet and were only allowed to approach the tigers from behind or side ways. One by one with a guide that took pictures with our cameras. A magic moment and I am feeling humbled to the experience.
We have to meditate together. Do it for twenty minutes a day and we decrease the problems around us. It is a good training included in the twenty minutes mediation. Go for thirty days thinking about something you want to accomplish. Twenty minutes per day that is all. Make it as your own experiment. What do you have to loose?
It is not easy to stay in love, to be passionate for a long time. But to be able to find that status of well being is worth looking for. Try to remember it time to time. The thoughts and ideas needs to be manifest in the physical body.
At the moment the power left as well. My computer is backed up with a battery so I can still write. How come we so easily take things for granted? Are we so spoiled or is it in the nature? Maybe we just forget how lucky we are.

Good business people are like pearls in a shell. You have to pick an ocean to find one to five really good ones. I know a lot of people that just goes in to stores and make shopping as a random action show.
At company functions you have fun together. Good food, nice drinks, dancing and maybe some seminars for a good cause. You get to know the people you are working for and with. Maybe you like them or maybe you don’t. Do you take the time for appreciation? Do you thank the boss for giving you every thing or do you take it for granted? How about your working friends?

Take a day for reflection every now and then. Everyday goes by for new thoughts and ideas. It is fascinating to think that you can reflect the days and no one can accuse you for being wrong. I mean who decides what is right and wrong? If we are lucky we wake up in the morning.
It’s hard to stay focused all the time but the more we try the stronger mentally we will become. So let’s play with the thought that you are in charge of your life. Put up a plan for it and make massive action of it.

Take charge over your life. How many times have we not thought about that? Once a day or once a week? Maybe it comes once per year due to an event occurring.
To be happy and grateful is that a must? We have the free will of doing and thinking whatever we want. So of course it is not a must. But how nice would it be to feel gratefulness and happiness. I think we are healthier with those feelings.

How the health is working! Nobody wants to die young. We know about old, healthy people. You do not just put years in to life you have to live it as well in healthy way.
Why don’t we start to be a good teacher ourselves instead of waiting for one? Who says the other person can teach us something we don’t know. I believe we have it all in us. You just have to pull it out from your inner. Trust your instincts. I think that we are a gathering of lots of souls.
