I have worked for small to medium sized business for over 10 years mananging specializing in Finance and Operations Managment.
My educational background is accounting and I specialize in corporate turnarounds. I do this be renogotiating contracts with vendors, reducing inventory, speeding the collection of recievables and streamlineing operations and overhead. I also provide "CFO For Hire" services, the purpose of which is to help small to mid-sized business accomplish high level financial analysis and consultation on an as needed basis. While most companies under $50MM in annual sales cannot justify the expense and do not need the services of a full time CFO. Instances arise periodically in which these companies need the services which are more indepth than a bookkeeper can provide and are not particularly in line with the abilities of a CPA. I offer these services from the perspective of someone who has done it before. The performance of these services is where all of my professional experience has come from. Sort By: Date | Popularity
