    Local residents sell collectibles at Treasure Hunters Roadshow

    Kathy Schweer doesn’t consider herself an expert in selling collectibles. But on Wednesday she was trying to sell several valued items at the Treasure Hunters Roadshow at the Super 8 in Cape Girardeau. While she didn’t sell her silver coins or toothpick holders like she had hoped, the Cape Girardeau resident received $35 for a chain purse. The Treasure Hunters Roadshow continues through Saturday.     Treasure Hunters Roadshow Have Another Huge Turnout

    Over 400 people have shown up to the Roadshow and we spoke with Manager Tony Enright and he told us that they have pumped almost $100,000 into the small town so far this week, and he anticipated almost another 4-6 hundred more people by the end of the week.     DECATUR - A penny was worth up to $2,500 to Decatur resident Jerry Morrison.
