Meghan Connolly Haupt - ArticlesPrior to starting C5 sustainable fine jewelry company, Meghan served as director of Bartram Sponsorship Strategies, one of the nation\\\'s leading partnership consultancies. In that role, she helped develop innovative strategic alliance programs for the Golden Gate Bridge District, Kapalua Resort, Ustream, Potentia Media, and a myriad of other organizations. Meghan also played a key role in producing the inaugural San Jose Grand Prix, which raised money for cancer research and is the largest event ever to take place in San Jose, drawing a crowd of 150,000 attendees.
Prior to her work with Bartram, Meghan earned a master\\\'s degree in International and Intercultural Management with a focus on corporate social responsibility from World Learning Graduate Institute. After completing this program, she became the founding director of CSRwire.com, a communication service devoted to corporate social responsibility. Meghan helped to push the corporate citizenship movement forward, working with companies such as McDonald\\\'s, Agilent Technologies, and Starbucks to further develop and promote their positive practices. Meghan has also worked for several non-profit organizations in the areas of business development, fundraising, and program design. Her career began in Los Angeles where, as a volunteer with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, she was a case manager assisting homeless, mentally ill and drug-addicted adults. She has traveled in more than 25 countries and has lived in Costa Rica, England and China. Meghan holds a bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Administration from Fordham University and currently lives in Oakland, California.She has authored several articles and is an accomplished speaker.
