Dr. Michael Rayel -- psychiatrist, author, and game inventor -- has written the award-winning A 31-Day Series for young people which currently has two titles: A 31-Day Success Principles for Kids and Teens and A 31-Day Positive Affirmation for Kids and Teens. As a game inventor, he has created several noteworthy games. His latest invention, Actus Tale, was chosen as \"Top Pick\" in the Washington Post Toy Test 2007 and recently has won Creative Child Magazine\'s 2008 Preferred Choice Award. Moreover, he created the Oikos Game Series. These emotional intelligence(EQ) board games can help players learn personal development, social and emotional skills such as dealing with conflict, asserting oneself, showing empathy, managing anger, making decisions, and setting goals in a fun way. The first of the series won the 2007 Platinum Award and 2005 Parent to Parent Adding Wisdom Award. Moreover, it has three versions.
