Michael Glatter Michael initially developed an interest in fitness when he joined the wrestling team in high school. He began lifting weights in college and competed in two powerlifting meets in 2004 at the 165 lbs weight class. Michael went on to intern at the VCU strength center where he had the opportunity to work with division I athletes from different sports. Michael graduated with a degree in Applied Health Science taking classes such as kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, and many others that he applies to each and every training session to help others lose weight, build muscle, and improve their ability to perform every day activities.
