Mike Z. Robinson is the owner of MZR Fitness in San Luis Obispo where his clients include numerous individuals from many walks of life. Mike's primary focus is working with each of his clients on an individual basis while focusing on achieving long-term results. He leads each of his clients through skillfully explained, safe, and challenging workouts. He is well-known for his sense of humor, professionalism, experience, and expertise. Over the years, Mike has become an expert at developing customized programs to help each of his clients maximize performance and results. Mike’s clients have learned not to hope for results but to expect them. Mike is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), is Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, a member of IDEA fitness organization and he is also a graduate of Sonoma State University. He writes a monthly fitness article for the Central Coast Family Newspaper. Mike was also nominated in 2007 for both The Tribune’s “Top 20 under 40” and IDEA’s “Personal Trainer of The Year.”
