Can six sigma be applied in the service sector or in a small organization? Well,if we go back to the definition of six sigma, we will find that It is just a strategy that companies follow in order to implement a total quality systems. It is a way of thinking toward perfection and achieving quality. With that being said, yes I think it is possible to implement six sigma in any company at any level.
