I will start with a brief description about the Law of Attraction, and then I will get right into how you can use this universal unlimited power for something that a lot of people care about - Losing weight! To make it easy for you to understand, the Law of Attraction basically states that "like attracts like". Whatever thoughts and feelings that you focus on the most will most likely determine your future. The Obesogenic EnvironmentThe causes for obesity are fairly self explanatory, too much food in vs. too little going out in the form of physical exertion equals obesity. So what's changed over the previous 20-30 years? Well, for starters we have an abundance of labor saving devices such as microwaves, toasters, computers, car washes, refrigerators defrost themselves, we get a ride to school, and we don't even need to drag ourselves up from the sofa to change the television station for goodness sakes! Combine that with current trends in North America to eat a diet of over half the calorie content coming from fat and sugar, and bang very shortly we'll all explode! Why We Need to Eat Fruits and VegetablesIf you eat one more fruit and one more vegetable each day (this is probably double what you are eating now) I can promise you that your health will improve. You will feel better. You will have more energy, less fatigue, fewer allergies and fewer headaches. Fruits and vegetables provide water, fiber, and lots of nutrients for many different functions in the body. The FallsPICK ONE thing that you would like to change about your life, and DO it. If you pick weight loss, can't do that all at once, so pick ONE action that you can do that will get you moving in the right direction of weight loss--ONE action and do it.
