Strength Training: Using body weight or wight lifting exercises is paramount to improve strength. Toning your muscles has a huge effect on weight loss and fat burning. You'll want to start light if you are a basic beginner. You can do this with body weight or small dumbbells. Then, as you get stronger you can gradually add more weights and more reps. But, we can't put 100% into everything at the same time. Choose what you will focus on and try to touch upon the others in for daily balance. Will you dance, go for a walk, do a 10 minute routine, take baby steps or jump in with both feet?
