When one thinks about Italian food, typically the first thing you would think about is pizza. It has a rich history and has become a part of the culture of Italy. There are a tremendous amount of styles, sizes and flavors making it a rather versatile style of food. And the best part about it is it really is not all that difficult to make.
I enjoy Italian food to much. If I’m not cooking and eating Italian food, I’m writing about it. Over the years I have created and recreated some great dishes in ’’My Crazy Kitchen” and through trial and error have developed some pretty good dishes.
Throughout the busy years I’ve tried a variety of store bought Italian sausages that are okay but never match the quality of Italian sausage my Grandfather made when I was a child. I’ve always had the recipe for this great tasting sausage but never had the time to make it.
I never realized growing up in Chicago was such a privilege until I began surfing the net and found out that a good portion of the rest of the country had been deprived of tasting a Chicago-Style Italian Beef Sandwich.
