The program is 26 days and I'm on Day 22. I did pretty good today and I've got less than one week left on the program. I'm shocked at how short this very low calorie phase seems now that I'm almost done.
Don't you think it's amazing how much "discussion" there is out there about the prescription HCG diet? I find myself continuing to be amazed. And I've experienced just how amazing it is myself. The results are just out of this world. I've never seen anything like it. So far on the Prescription HCG Diet I've dropped from 171 pounds (first day weigh in) to 153 pounds.
So...I'm on a 26 day HCG therapy for weight loss program so I have to note here that it feels really, really good to be able to say that I'm on Day 20! Wahoo! And yes, I remember that even after my 26 day very low calorie portion of the diet is over I still have to stick to the 26 day maintenance phase. But that's going to be cake after the VLCD! Well, it won't be cake. I'm not allowed cake during maintenance either, but you know what I mean.
This is my prescription HCG journal...in article format. It's Day 19. And I'm down another pound. Wahoo! It's like a terrific game and I'm totally winning!
Day 18 began in a very pleasant manner. I got on the scale and...let's have that drum roll again...I went down one pound. Thank goodness! I was afraid this whole 156 thing was here to stay forever! But I overcame the hurdle; I broke the plateau. 3 days at the same weight felt like FOREVER!
This is Day 17. I'm still truckin'; still moving forward. Periodically I jump online to see what else is going on in the dieting world; mostly just to reaffirm that I've made the best choice going with the Prescription HCG Diet. Today I stumbled across some interesting info. There were a bunch of diet pill reviews mixed with reviews and testimonials of HCG dieting and other drastic weight loss methods. It totally solidified my argument in favor of the Prescription HCG Diet program.
It's Day 16 on the Prescription HCG Diet. That means I only have less than 10 days to go on the low calorie portion of the diet; some people call it a VLCD or very low calorie diet. Just to recap in case some of you are just joining us or you're just plain forgetful: the diet starts off with 2 days of loading.
It's the 15th day of my 26 day prescription HCG weight loss program. All of the diet consumer reviews I read before starting the program seemed to suggest that once you got about halfway through the diet it got easier. They said it would be more habitual to reach for fresh fruits and veggies. They also said it would be more natural to prepare foods using healthy preparation methods.
Lisa and I are both enjoying our fabulous weight loss results. Lisa's my dieting buddy; we're dieting through the Prescription HCG diet renewal kit from Prescription HCG. Lisa hasn't lost as much weight as I have which I didn't REALLY need to note down here, but I just wanted to because I'm a brat.
Okay...we're moving on! If you read yesterday's article then you're probably waiting to see just how much weight will be gained when a dieter on Prescription HCG indulges in fattening items like potato salad, Caesar salad and turkey legs. Well, I need to be really clear...there was only one turkey leg. But regardless of how many turkey legs I did or did not eat...it was not a good day.
