Indian higher eduaction system is bigest one in teh world but it have lots of problems. Now day's only 7 or 8 percent of the population in the age group of 17-23 years is enrolled in the institutions of higher education. It the biggest challenge before us, there is an urgent need of inclusion of those remaining peoples in higher education in India.
