True of old age as it sets in on our elders ..the memory isn't there . . . .but the close relationship remains !! Relationships must be built upon principles of love, harmony, trust, of true affection, perfect confidence, mutual understanding and sacred devotion.
There is that wonderful thing about friendship-you always feel loved and cared about. Friendship is the offspring of spiritual affinity and unless that affinity is created in a moment, it will not be created for years or even generations. The most beautiful discovery friends can make is that they can grow separately without growing apart.
Few managers today could have escaped exposure to the management industry. They have very likely been taught some aspect of management, been exposed to some new (or once new) management idea, worked alongside expensive management consultants, come across an interesting article in a management journal, even read a whole management book (even if it's only The One-Minute Manager).
